STA Impianti is a complete roaster with green coffee loading, + 6 compartment green storage With  600kg each, 120kg per batch, automatic drum roaster with profiling software utilising auto loading, 15 point burner control, automatic airflows programmed for perfect batch repeatability and precise record keeping for QA. Unloading and cooling while simultaneously loading a new batch. A destoner is included. Roasted coffee is sent then to a 10 box silopack approx 250kg per compartment. All features can be pre configured for fully automatic operation or manually controlled if desired.
